Wheel nut and bolt torque settings
Torque settings are a guide only and are based mainly on vehicle manufacturer guidelines. If in doubt, check the vehicle's owner's manual, usually in the back section under "Capacities" or "How to change a tyre".
Two values listed
Where two settings are listed, such as 88–108 Nm, torque the nuts or bolts to 88 Nm first, then to the final 108 Nm.
Single centre-lock nut
For vehicles with a single centre locking nut instead of standard wheel nuts or bolts, such as some Porsche models and supercars, have the setting checked by your nearest dealer.
